Authentication

The key starts with tp_acc_ and is the secret. The 14-character alias (creation seconds plus 4 letters or digits) is only for display and indexing. It is created with the key and cleared when the key is revoked. Changing permissions changes neither the key nor the alias.

A new key has no permissions. A request without permission returns 403 PERMISSION_DENIED.
