How do I start?

Register, verify your mobile, create a session, then scan the QR code in WhatsApp (Linked devices). The send key is inside the session.

Why is a code required after the password?

For extra security on your account, so knowing the password alone is not enough to sign in.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in page choose “Forgot your password?”. The link goes to your email.

The message was delayed

There is a short wait between one message and the next so the session is not closed. You can skip this wait by setting the delay to none when sending. Message status appears on the messages page.

What reaches the webhook URL?

A short event about the session. You can sign the request with a secret you choose in the session settings.

How long is data kept?

Messages and events stay for 30 days, then they are deleted. The browser session lasts 30 days while you use the site.

How do I close the account?
