Terms
Last update: 19 October 2026
By creating a TProTool account you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not register.
TProTool is a platform to link a WhatsApp session by scanning a QR code, send messages (text, image, video, audio, and documents) to mobile numbers, and receive session events on a webhook URL if you enable one. The service depends on WhatsApp; WhatsApp is a separate party with its own rules.
When you register we collect your name, email, mobile number, and password. Email and mobile verification are required before using sessions and plans. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your password and each session API key secret; anyone who has the key can send from that session.
Do not use the service for bulk unsolicited messages, to impersonate someone, or to message people who did not ask for it. You are responsible for message content and purpose. If the account is misused we may stop the session or the account.
We offer a free trial for 14 days or until 50 messages are used, whichever comes first. When a paid subscription is completed, the trial ends and the paid plan starts immediately; usage after that is not deducted from the trial balance.
A paid subscription starts after the payment reference is reviewed and approved, not merely because the request was sent. Plan limits are those shown on the billing page (such as session count). There is no automatic renewal at present; when the period ends a new activation request is required.
The refund policy is set out on the refund page: a refund may be requested within seven days of approval if the paid plan has not been used; use is established by the first successful API request after activation. After use, the amount is not refunded except in the cases listed on that page (such as a duplicate charge or a material defect that prevents use).
We retain session messages and events as needed to run the platform, and we delete messages and events after 30 days. Details of data collection are in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the account after an update is published means you accept it. To ask for the account to be closed, use the contact page.
